[Bobby is not that attached to his sleeping time, but that doesn't mean he appreciates being torn from slumber like this. There's a long pause, then a sluggish response. Voice only, because words are the only things he can focus on right now. Conjuring images is too much.]

Um. Well. It's a rank thing. I'm one of the two bosses of the Otherworlder division, but Chief Taciyon is my boss.

[mmrr where are his aviators, it doesn't seem right conversing with people without his aviators, even if it is limited to voice. Time for some blind grasping across the night stand.]

[Why is this guy constantly shouting, ughhh... Bobby finally finds his aviators and moves them onto his face. It might seem pointless to wear sunglasses in a dark bedroom, but that sort of thing's never stopped him before.

A few blinks, then Papyrus gets a fuzzy image of Bobby's ceiling. This is good enough for now.]
