Ah, actually, there's a standard interview questionnaire that every new candidate needs to be subjected to. If it's a typical requirement, I can stop by whether or not you can see and hear me. At the very least, I can offer you a handshake alongside answering for the questionnaire so you have proof that I'm solid and not just some disembodied voice.
