That I'm blind.

This is information I'm disclosing as a courtesy and as a matter of trust. It doesn't typically affect my ability to function on a daily basis and doesn't hinder me in combat, to the point where people who can see me can't tell that I'm sightless. However, I don't want this getting back to you via a third party and for it to appear that my blindness is something I've tried to actively hide from you.

Ah, actually, there's a standard interview questionnaire that every new candidate needs to be subjected to.
